The board reviewed a contract between Lincoln County and Copenhaver Construction, Inc. to perform the Duck Lake Road Project (County Road No. 92310, CRP G-1050, RAP Project No. 27-22-1270). Prosecuting Attorney Ty Albertson reviewed the contract and stated he could not verify referenced documents that were not presented but confirmed the contract "meets the basic approval to form required for approval." The board authorized signature and related actions as recorded in the minutes.
