The Randolph County Commission voted to hire Silling Architects to evaluate the courthouse campus and recommend improvements to support long-term functionality. Commissioner David Kesling said the county solicited proposals and chose Silling Architects to "help them look at the campus and figure out how to keep it running for the next 25 or 50 years," and the motion to approve the firm passed unanimously.
