Trustee Rodney Smith reported the village received MFT bids and said ditch cleaning in Deer Trail is underway. He noted a resident requested installation of a culvert estimated at approximately $600 for lot access; Rodney said crews could coordinate the work while cleaning ditches. The board approved the MFT bid after Trustee Bill Hodges moved and Trustee Jennifer Bassett seconded.
