The Township Committee adopted Ordinance 1064 on Dec. 18, 2024, which approves a redevelopment plan titled "Commercial Corridor Redevelopment Area" for Block 267 Lots 12 and 12.04 pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.). Mayor Brown opened the ordinance for public comment; none was offered. Mr. Bomba moved for adoption, Mr. Pelura seconded, and the measure passed by unanimous roll call.
