The court approved multiple administrative and personnel items in a single series of motions. Reappointments included Joshua Dean (Emergency Services District 1), Holly Gill (ESD 3), Deborah Kruciak, Robert Phillips and Zachary Townsend (ESD 5), Walter Brown, Randy Mastrick and Jim Solomon (ESD 6), and Greg Drake and Mark Kazlarich (ESD 7). The court also approved a package of public-official bonds covering judges, the sheriff, certain commissioners, the tax assessor-collector, and constables for precincts 1–4.
Separately, the court approved several line-item transfers to cover jail uniform costs, autopsy fees, equipment needs at the sign shop, and recycling site property improvements; each item was moved, seconded, and approved by voice vote. These routine administrative approvals were recorded on the meeting minutes as carried.
