Debra Burch, the town’s grants coordinator, updated the board on several funding items. She said the town’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds total $234,796.54 and reviewed where those funds were spent; she also noted that the Oklahoma Water Resources Board REAP grant application period opens July 1, 2026.
