After selecting the Elgin waterline project the board approved Resolution 2026-03 to authorize submitting the INCOG CDBG application and then adjourned at 6:55 p.m.; the minutes were later approved April 9, 2026.

Following the public hearing and project selection, the board moved to approve Resolution 2026-03, the formal authorization for the town to submit an INCOG CDBG application. The motion, moved by Mayor Robert Morton and seconded by Trustee Patrick McCotter, passed with all five trustees voting yes.
