Commissioner Lacey Trimble reviewed the Department of Social Services January 2026 report, opening with a reminder that April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and noting April 10 as "Wear Blue Day." "In addition to Child Abuse Prevention Month, April 10th is wear 'Blue Day' in support of Child Abuse Prevention Awareness," Trimble said.
