Board directs Delta 3 oversight after TDS expands telecom extension plans
TDS Telecom expanded a proposed utility extension to cover multiple permit packages and much of the village; the Board affirmed Delta 3 Engineering conditions (clearances, burial depths, televised sewer inspections, three-week restoration) and directed staff and Delta 3 to monitor compliance, especially where TDS omitted state-road crossing plans.

President Robert McLimans updated the board that TDS Telecom had significantly expanded the scope of its utility-extension proposal since its prior presentation. The revised plan now includes multiple permit packages (plans 4, 5 and 6) and extends throughout much of the village from the alley beyond First Street out to Fairground Road past the fairgrounds.
