River Ridge board approves special-assessment resolution with edits
The board adopted Resolution 2024-08 imposing special assessments for FY2024/25 after directing deletion of references to 'Exhibit B'; no property owners spoke during the public hearing.

Tony Pires, District Counsel, recommended opening the public hearing on Resolution 2024-08, which would make a determination of benefit and impose special assessments for fiscal year 2024/2025. Mrs. Cleo Adams opened the hearing; "No affected property owners or members of the public spoke." The board approved a change to delete references to "Exhibit B" on Page 2 and throughout, and adopted the resolution as amended on a motion by Mr. Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Robert Twombly.
