River Ridge CDD adopts amended FY2024/25 budget

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2024-07, approving the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2024 and ending Sept. 30, 2025, after amending scrivener errors in the published agenda.
Chuck Adams, District Manager, told the board that "the Fiscal Year 2025 budget in the agenda is not correct," and staff made corrections—among them an edited "Street sweeping" description. Mrs. Cleo Adams opened the public hearing; "No affected property owners or members of the public spoke." On a motion by Mr. Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Robert Twombly, the board adopted the resolution as amended.
The adoption authorizes the annual appropriations and allows budget amendments per the resolution language on the record. The board’s action follows the required public-hearing step; staff will post the final budget documents with the approved corrections.
