Town finalizes ADA bathroom renovation; library generator awarded, start date pending

Supervisor (S1) told the board the town is finalizing a bathroom renovation project at town hall to meet ADA requirements and expects to put the work out to bid in the next several weeks. The Supervisor credited engineer Joe Berger for assistance on necessary adjustments and said the project is nearing readiness for bid solicitation.
"We're finalizing our bathroom project here at town hall and redoing the men's and ladies' room, for ADA compliance," the Supervisor said. He also reported the library generator project was awarded but a contractor start date remains pending: "He was gonna get me a start date hopefully by tonight, but he never got back to me." The board did not alter the scope of either project at the meeting; next steps noted were formal bid issuance for the bathroom work and scheduling the contractor start for the generator job.
