Chair Bob Schultz nominated Keith Merrill to fill the unexpired Seat 1 and the Board approved the nomination by motion. "On MOTION by Mr. Schultz and seconded by Mr. Twombly, with all in favor, the appointment of Mr. Keith Merrill to fill Seat 1, was approved," the minutes record.
