Chair Neil Younger moved to recess into executive session twice during the May 5 meeting: a 15‑minute session to discuss potential litigation under the attorney‑client privilege exception, and a 60‑minute session to discuss a potential solar project, also under the attorney‑client exception. The board named attendees who would join the sessions beyond the commissioners.
