The board took first reading of Ordinance 20205-1 to align county code with state statute regarding Planning Commission membership and meeting frequency. The proposed ordinance would revise Elko County Code Title 2, Chapter 4 to conform to NRS 278.040, which allows different meeting cadence and membership language than the County's seventies-era code.
