The Mackinac County Board of Commissioners on July 23, 2025 voted unanimously to adopt a resolution establishing a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program during a brief public hearing in the Annex Boardroom in St. Ignace. The hearing was called to order by Chair Mike Patrick at 4:15 p.m., and the roll call showed Commissioners Austin Kimberling, John Kling, Daryl Schroeder and Judy St. Louis-Scott present.
