The board recorded a roll-call vote with YES: Kimberling, Kling, Patrick, Schroeder, St. Louis-Scott and NO: none, approving the resolution 5-0. The resolution was noted in the record as attached to the meeting materials.
Earlier in the meeting, Commissioner Austin Kimberling moved and Commissioner Daryl Schroeder seconded "to approve the agenda as presented," which the board approved by roll call with the same unanimous vote. The public comment period opened with no speakers.
