Board adopts resolution to establish county PACE program

Despite differing views, the board approved the resolution unanimously.
Supporters said PACE can help property owners finance energy and resiliency projects while broadening the tax base; opponents raised questions about local benefit and administrative burden. The board did not specify an implementation timeline in the meeting record.
