Staff explained procedures and deadlines for slip reassignments and mortgage-holder payments. "Current mortgage holders have until August 10 to pay their mortgage; after that there's another 10 days before they get a late penalty," staff (speaker 7) told commissioners, describing the window for reassignment requests and the process by which Cyrus will review requests and move users based on established criteria.
