During the reports section, Commissioner Ken Duft said he attended the Freestate Fiber ground breaking at ESU for a fiber hub, the fence viewing and meetings related to a shooting range and the 911 dispatch center. Commissioner Chris Bartel described constituent calls on budget questions, road-edge farming concerns and a quarry inspection; Commissioner Doug Peck noted the RDA meeting. Controller Dan Williams presented a KCAMP letter and insurance price information for the coming year.
