The Selectboard voted 4‑1 to approve and sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Windham Regional Commission. The MOU provides that the Town will reimburse the Windham Regional Commission for grant application assistance performed by Alyssa Sabetto at her billable rate if the Town ultimately decides not to proceed with acceptance of the grant.
