Brendan Vargo of the PEA Group introduced the applicant and presented the final Planned Development (PD) documents for a Chick‑fil‑A at 10587 Highland Road. Manager Mike Luce told trustees the project had been reviewed in multiple phases and that the materials before the board represented the final plan documents.
