Board postpones 150th bid while supervisors debate asphalt versus chipseal
The board approved a change to postpone the 150th street bid pending a study and to asphalt 105th/Amery; Supervisor Ryan Nelson said he preferred chipseal to cover more gravel and the motion passed 3-1.

On Feb. 4, 2025, the Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors voted to change a road bid so that work on 150th is postponed pending a study and to asphalt work on 105th/Amery. Vice Chair Brandon Geyen moved the change and Chairman Mike Helman seconded; the measure carried 3-1.
