The Coryell County Commissioners Court authorized making demand, and if necessary bringing suit, against Harco National Insurance Company to enforce a performance bond issued for its principal, Texas Conservation LLC. The motion was moved by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Matthews, and carried by voice vote.
