Two appraisal requests (labeled BID 1-26 and BID 2-26) were presented and identified as requested by Amos Van de Hei. The committee set minimum bids at $28,000 for BID 1-26 and $55,000 for BID 2-26. Alan Jaques moved to approve the minimum bids and Charlie Glazman seconded; the motion carried.
