County staff told the court they missed an audit tied to TIGR access and are preparing an updated access roster to restore submission privileges. Commissioners emphasized adding the correct departmental users to the roster (Langford, Brooke, MRM, Whitlock) so related CDBG and RCP submissions can proceed. "I'm going to get the list sent to them," the Chair said in response to the access problem.
