The Henderson Beer Board convened immediately following the regular city meeting and considered an application from CGS Stores, LLC d/b/a Casey's General Store #4579 at 185 U.S. Highway 45 S for a retail package beer permit. City Recorder Jim E. Garland noted the publication notices on the application and Chief Gary Davidson reported a background check of Store Manager Dana Gilbert came back satisfactorily.
