Recorder Jim E. Garland told the board that GIS/IT Technician Kevin Bailey has been working on a written cybersecurity policy the city is required to have for state reporting. The board adopted Resolution #2026-004 on a motion by Ald. Mark A. Barber, seconded by Ald. Michael Phelps; roll call recorded all present voting in favor.
