Council awards Edgemont sidewalk and intersection contracts, adds condition requiring developer reimbursement

Council approved two construction contracts: $529,239.90 to WJC Constructors for Ed Schmidt sidewalks (project 1) and $305,004.70 to Jordan Enterprise LP for the Edgemont & Limerick Loop intersection (project 2); council added an amendment requiring Baylor Scott & White to fund its sidewalk segment or reimburse the city.
