Vice-Chairman J.P. Richard moved to approve the minutes as presented; Grant Edwards seconded. The board recorded a unanimous aye vote from Richard, Edwards and Chairman Johnny Owens and the motion carried. Deputy County Clerk Karie Shotts-Harris had called the roll at the start of the meeting; no members were absent.
Chairman Johnny Owens opened a public comment period and the record shows there were no public comments. With no further business, Richard moved to adjourn; Owens seconded and the board voted to adjourn.
