The Board approved a Permanent Road Crossing Permit for ONEOK Gas Transportation on July 1. The permit (RCP #26-013) authorizes a crossing of Simmons Road 0.12 miles west of Council Road (617 feet west of the NE/C of 31-15N-4W). Mark Sharpton moved approval; Monty Piearcy seconded and the vote was unanimous.
