The Board of Logan County Commissioners approved the Financial Statement of the Resale Property Fund on July 1. The statement lists a cash balance of $413,291.35 and reserves for publications ($100,000.00), maintenance of unsold properties ($200,000.00), records and supplies ($50,000.00) and contingency for refunds ($60,000.00). Monty Piearcy moved the approval and Floyd Coffman seconded; the motion carried with Piearcy, Mark Sharpton and Coffman voting AYE.
