Vice-Chairman Ryan John moved the approval and Member Josh Powers seconded; the cost for services was recorded in the motion as $18,900.00.
Board members approved the study alongside near-term operational upgrades and financial approvals discussed during the same meeting. The feasibility study is intended to provide options and cost estimates to guide future capital and operational decisions for CCDC.
