David Weber, Jail Administrator, reported on population and transfers at the Comanche County Detention Center during the March 23, 2026 Facilities Authority meeting.
"As of March 20, 2026 the detention center had a count of 206 inmates," Weber said, noting the population was comprised of 152 males and 54 females. He told the authority that seven inmates were ready for transfer to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and that seven inmates were transferred to DOC during the week.
Weber also provided a broader custody snapshot: 226 inmates were housed at CCDC and 112 were held in other counties, for a combined total of 338 persons under the county's custody. The report did not include facility capacity figures or staffing levels.
The Facilities Authority received the report as part of routine weekly updates; no follow-up motions or directives were recorded in the meeting minutes.
