Town Manager Suzanne Harvey briefed the Huachuca City Council on Feb. 12 about possible projects that could qualify for the Arizona Department of Transportation's Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). The program provides competitive funding for infrastructure projects; staff requested direction to develop project proposals and seek grant funding.
