Representatives from Midwest Energy & Communications and Comcast told the Berrien County Broadband Internet Task Force that ISPs are in the final stages of formalizing agreements with the Michigan High-Speed Internet (MIHI) office and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) under the federal BEAD program.
