The board recessed into executive session under Texas Government Code for consultations on real property, personnel and economic development matters and later reconvened in open session. At reconvening, a board member moved to amend the agreement with Project Mirage on two items discussed during the executive session; the motion was seconded and the chair announced the motion passed.
