County staff presented a professional services agreement with Schneider Geospatial, LLC to provide ongoing parcel maintenance and correct existing mapping errors (described in the minutes as "gags or overlaps"). Tim Lacy of Schneider explained the work and the two-year cost: $15,888 for the first year (2026) and $16,682 for the second year (2027). Commissioner Laura Coons moved to accept the agreement; Commissioner Dan Borgenheimer seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
