The joint meeting included a presentation and discussion of the 90 Virginian Lane Affordable Workforce Housing Development. Staff members April Norton, Jodie Pond and Keith Gingery provided comments; Shannon Baker spoke on behalf of Pennrose, the developer; and Tim Nash, the Town and County’s bond and affordable-housing consultant, offered advisory comments. Laura Bonich provided public comment on the item.
