The Jackson Town Council voted 4-1 on April 6 to contribute $5 million toward the first $10 million commitment for affordable housing. Councilmember Devon Viehman moved the motion, seconded by Jonathan Schechter; Mayor Arne Jorgensen called the vote, which showed Mayor Jorgensen, Viehman, Schechter and Kevin Regan in favor and Alyson Spery opposed.
