The Fort Wayne Board of Zoning Appeals approved SU-2026-0011, permitting Jam RP, LLC to construct an accessory dwelling unit at 4199 Stellhorn Rd in an R1 (Single Family Residential) district. Connie Haas‑Zuber moved to approve the petition and Jay Wilhelm seconded; the motion carried 4-0.
