Jackson County commissioners voted May 6 to execute an agreement with United Consulting for an engineering study of Bridge 351, a structure described as roughly 40 years old with an expected service life between 75 and 80 years. The study will evaluate options to repair, rehabilitate or replace the bridge and will include assistance preparing state and federal funding applications.
