The Allen County Board of Zoning Appeals approved DSV-2026-0032 from Ernst Associates, LLC to increase the allowable height and size of signs under a master sign plan at 9616 Ernst Rd. The minutes show the chair opened the public hearing, the applicant representative presented, and Board member Jerry Ehle moved to approve based on Findings of Fact. Dan Gabbard seconded and the motion carried 4-0. No public speakers were recorded for or against the petition.
