The Public Works Committee approved professional services contracts related to a controlled demolition at 44 Center St. The committee authorized a contract with Metro Environmental (2939 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY) for controlled demolition not to exceed $49,500, effective May 12, 2026 through completion.
