Commissioners approve payrolls, claims and several community permissions

On community permissions, the commission granted limited permission for Columbus Christian School's Brownstown Campus to place an open‑enrollment banner on the courthouse fence for a three‑week period and advised future displays be coordinated through facilities. The board also authorized Toby Ortman to acquire items from state surplus and granted Friends of Medora Covered Bridge permission to use the Medora Covered Bridge for its 15th anniversary meal after receipt of liability insurance.
