Cass County approved application 3203 to subdivide a 67-acre parent tract near 2701 East State Route 2, Cleveland, into smaller parcels including frontage lots.
Valerie said the proposal splits a 67-acre parcel and specifically references creating small frontage lots around 3.16 and 3.23 acres. She reported the applicants had obtained necessary clearances from the water district and MoDOT for a new entrance. No public speakers opposed the application and the commission voted to approve application 3203 by voice vote (3-0).
Staff will proceed with final platting and any coordination needed with utility districts and MoDOT regarding the entrance.
