Ottawa County hears Mobile Integrated Health update; program covered by grant
Bennington EMS and county health officials said the Mobile Integrated Health program serves three active clients, is grant-funded with no taxpayer dollars used, and officials are pursuing insurance reimbursement and partnerships for sustainability.

Bennington EMS paramedic Tony Swetson told the Ottawa County Board of County Commissioners on Dec. 15 that the county's Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program currently serves three active clients and has one referral in the pipeline. "It is going well," Swetson said, adding the program is covered by a grant and that no taxpayer money is being used to operate it.
