Ottawa County commissioners appointed Jason Parks to the 28th Judicial Nominating Committee at their Dec. 8 meeting. County Clerk Tammi Cox told the Commission that "the previous appointment of the 28th Judicial Nominating Committee has resigned, and a new appointment is needed for the upcoming meeting," and she said "Jason Parks has agreed to be the appointment." Commissioners voted 3-0 to approve the appointment.
