The Grant County Court approved Order 2026-06 on June 17 to form the Grant County Library District after voters endorsed the measure in the May election. The order, enacted under ORS 357.276–357.286, defines the district’s boundaries and statutory powers. The court recorded that newly elected board members include Pat Holliday, Ryan McKnab, Debra Hueckman, Anna Field and Jenny R. Gregory, who will serve staggered one- and three-year terms.
