Corrections staff told the Grant County Court that the jail intercom system unexpectedly failed, creating a major safety and liability concern for inmates, staff and visitors. Three bids were obtained and CTG provided the lowest bid at approximately $68,500. The court approved moving forward with CTG's proposal and authorized use of contingency funds to pay for the replacement.
